Elite Construction & Fabrication believes safety comes first.
Elite invests time daily to train its employees in safe practices.
Detailed safety meetings are conducted every Monday morning, before any work
begins. Tail-Gate Safety meetings are mandatory attendance every morning.
Elite Construction & Fabrication requires pre-employment, cause, random and post-accident drug screening to ensure safety in the work place.
Our Quality Control Manual covers all aspects of our coded shop and any subsequent field work.
Alterations and/or repairs covered by the National Board of Inspection Code (NBIC) shall be performed in accordance with the applicable sections of the Quality Control Manual.
